Spoilt milk? More like spoilt ostrich leather wallet

In February this year, I went to Mugg and Bean one Sunday morning. I ordered coffee and when the waiter brought the coffee along with the got milk, he spilt the hot milk over my handmade ostrich leather wallet. The milk spoilt the wallet completely and was damaged. I called the manager over and he said that he would sort it out with the insurance. Apparently they have insurance to cover these type of things. I gave, Sean, the manager at Mugg and Bean Constantia, the wallet. It's been more than 3 months and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. I haven't heard from Sean or the insurance. What seemed to be something they were easily going to replace is taking a lot longer than I thought. I'm very upset about this and I'm unhappy with the way this has been dealt with.
