So sad

<p>Its so sad that myself and my girlfriend had to sit down with menus and wait for approximately 30 minutes to be served. The lady who helped us even asked me if I ordered a decaf latte however she never even took my order. Now what kind of service is that? The fact that you own waiter/waitress does not even know who they helped or what they ordered. Our waitress furthermore does not even seem like she wants to work here today. Not only is that bad but all waiters and waitresses are coming to our table giving us other peoples food and drink orders which look so unorganized. We have table numbers clearly shown and they still go to the wrong table. We were highly embarrassed when they came to our table with a large order and tables opposite us and next to us looked at both us with big eyes. Unacceptable! This needs to be addressed and I personally would like an answer for this shocking poor service.</p>
