So dissapointed

<p>What a disaster. We were hungry and having been to Mugg & Bean in Mall@Reds some years ago, decided to have lunch at M&B Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein today. Oh my word, does the pictures of the food not look apetiting and inviting..... Waiting really long, we had to ask if we were forgotten and then received unattractive, non-apetiting cold food. My husbands 11 fries looked like they were just thrown into the plate on the way out, as it was scattered all over the plate.. My nieces plate looked like a dull, overcooked plate of food just put in to fill the plate with something. No garnished, non appetiting heavy dark fried food. </p> <p>Staff for sure do not enjoy their jobs, as they do not laugh, do not visit tables to check if anything is needed and should you ask for some condiments, be sure you are not as important as the guest getting ready to pay - and of course give a tip. </p> <p>I wanted to complain, but I was very sure that my complaint will not be important or attended to at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really think that the Franchisors should start to look at the quality of the food their franchises are putting on the table. We paid R89 for my husbands and my food, but it was not even worth R39.</p> <p>Mugg & Bean you should be ashamed of yourself. Your quality is poor, your service is non existing and the overall experience is so so dissapointing.</p> <p> </p>
