so disapointed

My extended family and I went to enjoy a nice lunch meal at Mugg and bean Cresta on Sunday 14th may. I ordered the Welsh rarebit crumbed chicken. What a disappointment when it arrived I wondered where the cheese sauce was. I discovered the tiny cup of what my family and myself though was salad dressing was the cheese sauce. It was watery and I doubt had any real cheese. It was as if you had taken a teas**** of instant cheese sauce to a bathtub of water. First time I haven’t finished/touched cheese sauce in my life. Then the chicken I was expecting two nice pieces of chicken instead what I got was the worlds thinnest chicken (measured in microns) covered in crumbs that where multiple times thicker that the chicken as soon as I cut the chicken the crumbs felt off the whole meal was horrible that the salad was by far the star. I eat this kind of meal at multiple franchise places and the taste, value and quality is far superior anywhere else. Mugg and bean is meant to honour that same philosophy. I didn’t bother complaining at the store because Im not prepared to deal with a manager about how **** this cheap quality meal head office had envisioned is. Mugg and Bean should be looking at taking off the menu If they don’t want to do it properly. R104 down. Not coming back to mugg and bean anytime soon.
