Slowest service I've received

Went for lunch today at round 3pm in the Cavendish branch.

We stood for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated, no one even acknowledged that we were there. I get that the place was busy, but a "Hi, will be right with you" would have been nice.

We were seated and given menus...a table was seated a while after us, they had ordered coffee and received it before we were even spoken to.

I get that the place was busy, but being left for more than 15 minutes before even being asked as to what we want to drink is not okay in any way.

Mugg and Bean is notorious for its slow service, but this was next level.
