Sloth service center

I am not happy with the service i received from your Peter Place store: on the 17th of September my fiancè took me to the M&B as she knew I've always said one day i would go there, we go there early around 9am we ordered two smoothies and two meals, mine was the one with mint & Chia she took the berry. took them a fair 10min to bring. we even finished the smoothies i asked for water, and still no sign of our meals other people were being served. The lady who looked like a manager at the time came and asked we told her what we was waiting for and still she did not come back to give us feedback i mean the kitchen is not a flight away she could have come back to tell us what the delay was. Only after about 7-10min since she asked we decided to leave. just as we was about to leave our waiter rocked up and offered the meal, at the time we had wasted over 45min just waiting for a meal? i would understand if it was a busy day but there was about a hand full of customers by the time we arrived. we no longer had time as we were going out of the country. I do understand that om restaurants there will be waiting but that was pure disrespect from the staff to the lady. totally unacceptable
