Shocking standards

<p>Waitress could barely speak english or more likely just didn't feel like doing her job . When I questioned her about the single origin coffee like the menu suggested she mumbled something ambiguous I could vaguely distinguish the word meduim . I ordered a coffee and giant cookie anyway . Big mistake ! The coffee was ok but the rock hard cookie was probably baked the day they opened and had some form of icing smeared on the side . Well I hope it was icing . Anyway it was a very disappointing experience . This franchise is usually pretty good but this particular branch in lakeside mall should close down asap .</p>
