Shocking Service
It must be awesome to have the monopoly at Cape Town international airport! You can then offer worse than shocking service and people have no where else to eat. Queue's at the entrance and no where to sit, all and I mean all tables are dirty! Not enough waiters and the ones that are there couldn't be bothered, Managers walk around looking just as confused and lathargic! The hour I was there 4 families left and went next door to Wimpy! But guess what?? Surprise! No one cares!
