Shocking incompetance...poor effort

Unable to redeem a birthday voucher.Staff at Mugg and Bean Go in Tzaneen at the Total Garage was unable to help and just used all my loyalty points.Their excuse:They were unable to help other customers with birthay vouchers as well and in any case they do not do cakes.
