Shocking!

On Thursday, 27 August on our way to George, we stopped at Mugg and Bean off the N2 before Mosselbay to use their restroom facilities. The condition of the place was absolutely disgusting. We walked in and right out again. The place looked as if it hasn't been cleaned for days. Bins were overflowing, toilets were unflushed, paper everywhere on the floor inside the cubicles, drops on the floors, the basins were dirty, there was not even one toilet that was reasonable enough to use. This is totally unacceptable, especially at this time when hygiene is of the utmost importance. It doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating at all!
