Severely understaffed , and poor expectation management.

We went to the New Salt Rock City Centre Mugg & Bean, they were severely understaffed, we waited a long time to be seated, it took more than 30 minutes to get our drinks, the food only arrived after an hour and a half- despite the waitress telling us it would only take 10 minutes when we asked. ( I have diabetes and needed to know if I would be waiting long enough to need a snack to prevent my sugar levels dropping too much. )
