service stinks

i have never been so disgusted in my life. my cousin came for a visit and i decided to treat him at pav. because i love mugg and bean coffee we decided to go there...we both ordered bottomless and a slice of cake and cheese cake each. my slice of cake was rock hard and old and not to mention it was half the slice i normally get. my cousins cheesecake was supposed to be strawberry and instead he got a piece of normal cheesecake and tinned strawberries on top. we accepted this as we just wanted to catch up without any drama. but then things got worse. the waiters started cleaning up around us making us feel very unwelcome and then checked on us every 5 minutes asking if we want the bill and every time we declined. we were not even 30 mins into sitting down when they wanted to close. the bill got brought to our table and the waiter demanded cash payment. i said im paying with a card and she stormed off. after getting a lot of dirty stares we decided its best to leave although there were 6 other tables still there. before we even got up to pay the manager stormed angrily at us with a card machine. i complained and his response was. well we are closed and the staff will lose transport.
