Service failure
<p>Ordered my meal 11;05 and told the lady who took my order that il collect it 12h00.</p> <p>Mugg and bean Sandton city,terrible service.Upon my collection i got my food been place there COLD.</p> <p>I have asked the lady in deatils that she my also pack all my sources inside.To my shocking surprise no source was place inside.I called them politetly and asked the some lady to atleast bring cause i cant have salad without a dressing,i cant have my welsh rarebit crumbed chicken without its sources as well.I called by 12h15.i waited until 13h15 no one even bothered.i called again and i was told the ladies name is Ennocentia and she on her way.Thank you for horrible service.keep those sources and i wont bother again to visit your outlets. </p>
