Service at Mug And Bean La Lucia Mall is pathetic

As a businesman, I normaly go for my breakfast @ Mug And Bean almost daily. Today, it happened that was off duty, and I decided to go to my local outlet (La Lucia Mall) Service @ Mug and Bean La Lucia Mall was pathetic. In fact I got rubish service. I think if they are tired of servicing customers, they must just close the doors. I got served with complete raw food, when I requested for their attention, they took my food away and gave me burnt items. Manager who was also on the floor today (Sheldon), was not professional enough to attend to my querry. It is time that we refuse to tolerance nonsense especialy when we are paying for the services. And also refuse to served poorly because of race, gender etc. Sorry, I am one person who can't tolerate such nonsense. This is unacceptable.

I will never visit that outlet again, NEVER !!!.
