Rude waitress!

I have been a regular customer of the Mugg & Bean, Long Beach Mall, Fish Hoek for a good number of years now and the staff are always polite and ready to help. Today I was 1 minute late for their "Closing the kitchen" time due to an emergency with one of the animals where I stay. There were 4 tables with clients sitting eating etc and this one waitress came up to me, mop in the hand, and said, "the kitchen is closed" , and would not let me past. I said to here, "do you want me to stop coming here?" She just glared at me. So I turned and walked out and said I will never be back! There hours are from 8am to 5 pm. Used to be till 7pm but changed when management changed. The outside chairs were already stacked inside and the guilty waitress was mopping floors already while all those customers were still sitting there. Very unprofessional! She never asked if I would just be having coffee, which I have seen people come in there at 16.45 and have coffee. So, lady owner, I will not be back. What a let down after years of being a client.
