Rude waiters at Mugg and Bean Wonderboom Junction

Me and my sister went Mugg and Bean to work. We were going to work for a while and then order lunch. We sat down ordered our coffee. After a while the waiter, Lucia, asked us to move tables. We politely declined due to the space we needed at the table to work. She became very rude to us.

When I asked for a refill she simply stayed away. We looked for her and she would ignore us, she simply disaapeared. After about 10-15 minutes I aked another waiter, and I waited another 10 minutes. We eventually asked another waiter and she brought my coffee.

After a while a fourth waiter came to ask if everything was fine. My sister asked for our waiter because by now we've had 4 different ladies helping us. She told us the other waiter switched with her and that she would be our waiter. We decided nit to have lunch somewhere else because of how we were treated. Although our last waiter was very kind and nice.

When we looked for a name on her tag to report her, she turned the tag around. We eventually got her name wheb the tavle next to us aaked her name and she had to fix her name tag.

Some of staff at Wonderboom Junction Mugg and Bean is very rude.
