Rude manager at Mug and Bean Cape Gate

Mug and Bean Cape Gate has the worst manager I had seen in a long time. We have a family member with special needs so I requested something from a waiter and asked to speak to the manager as she was not sure about it. Without hearing me out he just started being rude and offensive the moment he arrived at our table.

We used to go there a lot but I will never go back there again.
