Rowdy staff and bad quality food
My husband and I went to mugg and bean-Galleria last night-15/02/15 and we ordered from the special dinner time menu,we had the 200g rump steak,our food took a while to come,when our steaks arrived,they were WELL DONE-When we asked for medium.We sent them back,the second round came,my husbands steak was fine,but my steak was raw,with basting on the top,the cut was awful,fatty,hard to cut into.We sent my steak back and ordered a chicken pot pie,which didnt deliver as well,we complained to the Manager who was not very helpful.With regret we paid the bill and left the restaurant very unhappy.The waiters were noisy and behaved as if they were in the streets of durban.Waiters were drinking coffee and chatting to each other ,unaware that customers were listening.
