I’m in awe and disgust as I ordered my salad this morning from mugg and bean Westville to My surprise as I was half way through my salad I find a dead ****roach!!! This is unacceptable and just makes me question the hygiene in their kitchen. When I took it back to complain I got a petty sorry and a ‘ can we get you a sandwich instead’ this I do not call excellent customer service. They didn’t even give me my money back, the nerve! I will not accept such if nothing is done
