Riversquare Three Rivers - OUT OF STOCK

I placed 2 orders and both times my order is being rejected due to no avail of stock? Why not then take the items you do not have stock for off your app? Not happy with this River Square outlet in Three Rivers. Now I have to wait for 2 orders to be refunded, this is not what I expect from you guys.
