Really not up to Mugg and Bean standard

My family and myself went to Mugg and Bean Menlyn today 08/11/2015 around 1pm. In the beginning the waiter was great and so was the service. My son wanted a choc chip ****in only to be told that they only had one ****in left and it was banana flavour. He ended up not eating. My eldest son ordered Nachos, which cost almost R70 for a main meal and it came on a side plate and didn't look very enticing. I ordered an omelette and asked for green tabasco which they didn't have. When it came time to eating my toast the butter portion was 2nd hand as it had been opened and used which I find completely unacceptable. The serviette that the toast came in was also dirty so obviously the whole basket and its contents were just shipped out the kitchen again without being checked. Not once did the manager come and ask us how our meal was and neither did they come once I complained about the above issues. Restaurants complain about business and rising costs but turnover will continue to decrease if they carry on treating customers like this.
