Really bad cuppacinno's and food

The Mug and Bean at Leroy Merlin Boksburg served us cuppacinno that were so bitter and undrinkable. On top of that the food we were served was so bad that we could not eat it. The apple ****in had no apples in it and it was so dry and when I asked for a plate and some butter I was told I had to pay in R10 for the butter on top of R45 I had paid for a dry ****in. I asked for a plate as my 90 year old gran could not shove such a big ****in in her mouth and I was told I would have to cut the ****in on the table. Seriously. No the wrap I ordered the bacon was raw the chicken was like rubber and the wrap was doughy. I complained to the ladies and dumped the cuppacinno's on the counter and told them I was going to complain they were not at all interested. So I took the food to Mug and Bean in Bedfordview and I asked them to taste the food to which the gentleman rep**** that he could see the food was not up to their standards. We were out R200 had nothing to eat or drink. Now this is unacceptable. Mug and Bean charge the earth for their food and if we are willing to pay their prices the least head office can do is make sure all stores are up to standard.
