On the 22nd December 2025 had a business breakfast at Mugg and Bean in Richards Bay.The waiter was friendly and busy.So I had ordered Spicy Buffalo Wings with chips that came with a white sauce...I ate then got a call that needed me urgently somewhere,I asked a lady (which had a badge name tag written Bernice)for a takeaway.She went inside as I was using out seats(without even saying ok Mam)She came back left the takeaway box and a packet on the table and left quickly(the packet even fell down she didn't even notice)...In some restaurants when you ask for takeaway after a sit in they take your food and go pack it for you and bring it in a packet.I had to figure out where to pour my sauce coz she didnt even leave a plastic container for the sauce as it came to me in a glassware.I understand its busy but a good service goes a long way.When I got home the sauce was all over chips and wings was no more enjoyable.Pls check footage it was around 11:40 something...I don't know whether it because am black she just undermined me or maybe I looked poor I don't know 🤷🏻
