POOR SERVICE- Mugg & Bean Total Beyers Naude

What an appauling service!!! The shop is supposed to open at 06:00, got there at 06:05 and waited and waited for someone to assist. I was told that the lady who is supposed to help me is still changing and should wait a for a few minutes. Asked them again after 10min and was told to wait a bit she will come. I waited till i got fed up and decided to go to my car after waiting in the store for 25 minutes. At 06:30 she walked in and the one of the guys then said that the shes back and i can go order, by that time i was alredy reversing my car and leaving. There was no way i was going to park again, get off and go into the shop, wait again for the coffee, while she needs to start up the machine ect. But i mean like really??? I wasted my time 25min waiting to get a cup of coffee for someone who was late for work and changing into her uniform!!! In the end i didnt get my coffee and i was actually late for work and didnt get any coffee in the end! Im very dissapointed in your service.
