Poor service Mugg & Bean

We had a brunch at M&B Fourways Mall today, 27 July 2020. The service was shocking. I don't believe Covid is an excuse for shoddy customer care. Our teas and coffees were cold and we waited 50 minutes for our breakfast. We certainly will not go back.
