Poor service, Mugg and Bean, Potchefstroom
Despite regular poor service, I have continued going to Mugg and Bean in Potchefstroom for the past six months. There seems to have developed a culture of poor waiting service, where waiters stand around at the entrance of the restaurant, talking to one another and ignoring customers. The food presented to the customer is sometimes not the same as offered on the menu, with components, yet waiters remain unapologetic to their mistakes and uninformed about the menu.<br> Furthermore, waiting time for receiving a bill exceeds thirty minutes, even when there are a mere 3 occupied tables in the restaurant.<br> I have never been to another Mugg and Bean in the country with the poor level of service. This branch is a disgrace for their name.
