Poor service from waitresses Mugg & Bean Vaal Mall

To whom this may concern:

Your waitresses need to be taught how to serve customers and be polite. We visited your branch in the Vaal Mall, very poor service.

I am sorry but I do not give a high tip to somebody that is rude and ungrateful. Your service needs to improve.

Even though her service was poor we still gave a small tip, no thank you nothing...
