Poor service

Service pathetic, waiter just the same then we come to the manager, wow even worse... Just when u think u had a long enough day and just want a cool refreshing drink, u are presented with absolute sad state of service from Mugg&Bean the Glen... Manager on duty very defensive as for the waiter has no way of speaking to customers... All I wanted was extra lemmon in my water... Mugg & Bean The Glen, I am done with... Service like this is absolutely disappointing.
