Poor Service at Mugg & Bean Wonderpark Mall

I have been to several Mugg & Bean's and have received exceptional service in the past, but this past weekend i had the worst experience at the Mugg & Bean in Wonderpark Mall in Pretoria.

From the time we took our sits we notice 30 minutes passed before any waiter came to our table or had received any communication from anyone. We then proceeded to approach waiters passing by asking if we can be served? Eventually some one came to take our order, I order the power oats and the other two ladies i was with ordered the Big Daddy burgers and Coffee and Tea. We got our drinks in like 15 minutes then from then we waited for what felt like a life time, we started complaining amongst ourselves one of the waiters heard us then approached us to say our food will be ready soon with no other explanation and we could see it was because she heard us complain.

We continued to wait thereafter the waiter had said the food was on the way for an additional 45 minutes by then we where already upset one of the ladies asked to speak to the manager and the manager's body language was rude and her facial expression was unwelcoming. After she listened to our complaint she didn't apologise but instead asked with attitude if we wanted to cancel one of the ladies said they can cancel her order, i still wanted my oats even after all the drama cause i had been craving it to our suprise the waiter came with our coffee bill and informed us that the whole order was canceled. We didnt receive any apology or explanation as to why they where taking so long. We left disappointed and went to another restaurant.
