Poor service at Mugg and Bean Springs Mall

@MuggAndBeanSA I’m disappointed with the service at your Springs Mall branch. Order taken quickly, but we waited 15 minutes for drinks (and even got the wrong tea), then 40 minutes for a simple sandwich—only to be told it was being prepared after we followed up. We had to take it as takeaway due to time, and what we received was shocking: a cold, poorly assembled sandwich with no butter, sauces, or care. Honestly looked thrown together. For R89? Unacceptable. Is this really the standard you stand for?
