Poor service at Mugg And Bean, Mooirivier Mall, Potchegstroom

My wife and I have at two occasions received extremely poor service at Mugg And Bean, Mooirivier Mall, Potchefstroom. On the first occasion earlier this year they did not have the ingredients for a meal on the menu and on the second last week the Sweet Potato chips was raw. They could fry it or replace it as the said there oil was to hot. The chicken livers's souce was terribly salty. I at the same dish resently at Mugg And Bean, Alberton and it was to die for.
