Poor service at mug and bean westown durban kzn

What a poor service at mug and bean westown durban kzn. Yesterday in a cold morning we went in and ordered coffee and breakfast. There was nobody to sit us down by the door. It toom more than 5min to clean the table we liked. When were order the meal we waited for the coffee 15 min. My coffee spill it was taken away . The food came exactly after 45 minutes. The coffee came back when i had fishined eating and i asked for serviettes and sauce the before i could start eating i didn't get it up until i fished the food and the coffee came bain a dirty cup so i ended up not have it at all. So i had breakfast without anything to drink.
