Poor service and no value for money

Had the worst service at Mugg and Bean in Ilanga Mall Nelspruit. At first I ordered the bottomless coffee for me and my wife .. First cup was luke warm. I asked the waiter again to bring some more coffee and to make sure it was hot. We then ordered a platter to share... Like the picture on the menu indicated. R250. I Think a 6year old would still be hungry after finishing it by himself. What happened to the good food mugg and ban used to sell? Sad to say but Mugg and Bean will never see me again.
