Poor service and lack of communication.

I wanted to have the sweetcorn fritter breakfast and enquired if the dish contains chilies as I am allergic to chilies. The Manager in Hillcrest was extremely rude and collected a filthy 'recipe sheet" indicating the requirement to put chilies flakes in. I took the time to make a suggestion to their Head Office to leave the chilies flakes out of the batches they make and only add this on request. No response!!! Another client lost!!
