Poor service and attitude of waitron and restuaran

My wife and I visited the waterfront branch on Monday 28th December and yet again had a poor experience. Firstly our waitress must have gotten out of bed on the wrong side as she was not overly friendly. Once we ordered our meal we received it after people who sat down after us received theirs. The excuse given was that the kitchen was busy, yet our neighbors received theirs before us. Similar cooked items. A poor excuse. My wife ordered medium poached eggs. Instead they were well done. Her meal in no way resrmbled the item in the menu. My item was average. No great shakes here. All in all not an enjoyable experience at a leading tourist attraction for the Cape.
