Poor service

Today we sat down at Mugg And Bean in Kyalami Corner. I am usually a big fan but was really let down at this place. We were shoved into a corner table, next to stacked chairs, then we were promptly left for 30 min with not so much as a menu. We finally got our drinks 45mins after we sat down. And then not checked on for and hour and a half at least. Managed to order our food, got out food and I have never been so disappointed with a chicken and mayo sandwich. It was semi warm, for some reason spicy with a stingy smattering of fries. As well as my sisters ****in being practically cold. We were not checked on since and not given the refill on our bottomless drinks we asked for. Needless to say I am very disappointed and won't be returning.
