Poor Service

Went to M+B Worcester and the service we received was absolutely terrible. Our saw our food was ready on the pass and there it sat until my husband got up to go and collect it. Then someone woke up. Once we had finished our meal no one came to clear the table after 20mins so I got up and moved the dishes to an empty table. Then we waited for someone to come and ask us if we would like anything else. I eventually called out to a waitress to please serve us, she responded that she didnt know where our waitress had gone, but she would help us. Worcester M + B used to be fabulous but now in my view its awful.
