Poor service

My husband and I went for coffee at the shop in Paarl Mall. Service is really poor. We ordered coffee and one slice of lemon meringue cake to share. Firstly we waited so long for the cake to arrive that our coffee became cold. I had to go ask why it is taking so long for the cake. They only had to slice a peace, not bake it!! When the cake eventually arrive, I realized the we where served only half a slice of cake to share? I think they totally miss understood they concept of 1 slice to share. By then I was so fed up with the situation that we just left it and didn't make a fuss. I really felt ****** as we paid for a full slice of cake. Is that their way of saving money?
