Poor Service

<p>we visited the panorama mugg&bean and were served by Progress who seemed to be very uninterested in what he was doing, he never attended to us as he is supposed to, took our order and never returned to check on us but then when he got to our table he told us they have already closed, we even had to ask for wet wipes or water to wash our hands since we ordered ribs and sticky wings...what saddened us was that the were two families that arrived after us and they were attended, got their orders before we got ours and even left very satisfied while we sat there with a table full of emtpy plate and cutlery while we wait for him to finally come and tell us he is sorry but they're already closed . we were just trying to enjoy our dinner, maybe its better to give good service to 2 white family of four than just a black couple who would probably wont even tip but service is service and i am utterly disgusted with the snotty attitude and poor service from this waitor named Progress.</p>
