Poor service

This morning we had breakfast at Mug and Bean Gateway... The waitress brought a 2nd cup of hot chocolate and placed it at the edge of the table... I moved it and it fell on my hand... I got burnt. The manager asked me if I was aware of the the cup on the table and if the waitress had told me that she had put it there... I had to ask for a burnshield which he took a while to bring. Another manager asked me what had happened and all she said was OK... Very disappointing... No compassion what so ever.
