Poor Service

On Saturday 16 April I visited your restaurant in Letaba Rest Camp, KNP and ordered a large cuppachino at your take away counter only to be told that you do not have any lids for the cups. Pathetic to say the least, it is the take away section and you do not have lids for your beverage cups and at an establishment where your customers are predominantly driving? This smacks of extremely poor planning and management. Then to add further frustration, I have dinner at your restaurant in Letaba and a Big Daddy Burger takes 45 mins to be served and the restaurant was most probably 20% occupied, if that. These incidents are not isolated experiences at your Kruger Park restaurants. I have had pathetic service on previous occasions at both of the above restaurants and it appears to me as if this is rather the norm than the exception. Your service levels certainly do not match that of the SAN Parks staff. Your service there is pathetic and a poor reflection to our many overseas visitors.
