Poor service
Sat in Suncoast mugg and bean for more than 10 minutes with just a menu. Waiter wiped the table and didn't return. Lucky for me there's wimpy and other eating places nearby. I'm sure their service is better. For a supposedly reputable franchise, one should expect quality service where a patron is treated like a king. I've been to the gateway branch and they are a superb service.
