Poor Service

I am deeply unimpressed with the service received last night at the branch within the Total garage last night. The person at the counter (cashier) made me wait over 10 minutes just to place an order because according to her she was busy with a previous customers order. Then she finally decides to take orders and wanted to take the order of another customer that just walked in. This shocking service made me feel disrespected as a customer where all I wanted that needed to be made was an ice coffee. The service must be improved and a better process should be initiated to make buying from the store better. You are losing a whole family of customers and I have a large family.
