Poor quality service complete

Mug an Bean at Clear water mall, seriously need to step up their game, amongst others like Hillfox. We normally go to the Mug and Bean at Hillfox and at any given time we can be assured to receive a warm welcome accompanied by good food and service. Yesterday we were at Cear Water mall mug and bean and the experience was rather dissapointing. The waitress seemed like she was forced to serve us and the food was some sort of a slap dash eat and be grateful for what you get. I had the chicken pot pie which was basicly a bowl of soup with a few mushrooms and 2 pieces of chicken and tasted like hardship. This truely was our worst Mug and Bean experience apart from the lazy attitude service we received at the Mug and Bean at Cresta Shopping centre the Mug and Bean clear water beat them by far in the race for poor quality service.
