Poor quality food

I have always appreciated the quality food at Mugg&Bean. As a client you don’t mind paying more for food it is worth it. Today I had the worst experience ever at Mugg&Bean at Paddocks. What a *******. Order for my two daughters a kiddies burger and toasted ham and cheese. First the burger arrives. Two dry old buns (not buttered or toasted) with one almost burned patty. No sauce or any thing with the patty. That was so dry it could be a choking hazzard. There were about 7 chips on the plate. You buy all of this disgusting dry food for R58. Then the ham and cheese toasted sandwich arrives. No issues until I had to pay. Kiddies toasted sandwich is advertised for R39. They charged us R57 for one piece of bacon that they added. So that is R17 for one piece of bacon. To make it worst.... I had a piece of metal brush in my Burger. I informed the manager and he just said sorry. No attempt to compensate, no real attempt to apologise. As a long standing client that always enjoy a Sunday breakfast at M&B I will never recommend or support you again. You are a ***** that absolutely rip your clients off with the quality of food. I know this don’t mean anything to you... I’m just on client that complaints, but I will do my best to get this message across to as many friends and people I know.
