Poor or No service
We visited the Fourways Mall branch on Saturday (5 Sep 15) for brunch around 10am. Waiter took our order and brought our drinks however the food took forever. My daughter's flapjack arrived cold after 30 mins with ice cream instead of cream. My wife & I just ordered chicken noodle soup as it was very cold. This never arrived after 30 mins. Spoke to the manager who assured me that she will have my order sorted in 5 mins. 10 mins later and still no soup. So after 40 minutes, I decided to get my bill for coffee and flapjacks and leave. Totally unacceptable from an established restaurant. Keep this up and you won't be in business much longer. I will certainly will not visit your establishment again. Went to Europa in the mall and had our food served in literally 8 minutes. They were also very busy but the food was served quickly. Well done Europa.
