Poor management

I send the below complaint on 25 July and received a sms confirming receipt (Case CAS 255868 P1M4F9) However I did not receive any follow-up and sadly to say that your Heidelberg mall branch still cannot serve decaf. It has been almost 9 months that they say they don’t have decaf beans - how is this possible for a company like Mugg and Bean

“ The Heidelberg Mall branch has been out of decaf coffee beans for more that 6 months. Every time I complain the reaction is the same that Famous Brands is out of stock. This despite the fact that I can order decaf at any other branch. Please follow up with the branch and confirm why they cannot find decaf beans. Surely it cannot be a supply issue and I am sure Famous Brands did not decide not to serve decaf anymore.”
