Poor food quality and staff service

My Family and I went to the Mugg & Bean Waterfall mall. We had ordered an Asian Crispy Veg salad along side other dishes.

The portion of the pakora compared to the rest of the salad was very less. The salad also had a more red cabbage than any of the other ingredients. We informed the waitress and later also told the manger “Solomon”. He was extremely rude kept raising his voice and was very uncooperative. He said that this is how it is and nothing could be done. He also said that it was the first time any customer is complaining about the portion of a salad.

I got a mini duo burger with chips. One of the chip was rotten from the top. Solomon simply said that it was not supposed to perfect as it was slap chips. If I had eaten that chip I would have fallen very sick and who would have been responsible?! My sister got a caramel cheese cake. There was a left over we decided to pack the cake. The waitress took the cake and packed it. When we check it the cake is mixed with a cheddar and tomato sandwich with chips it was in the same container . We were very upset.
