Poor food quality and service

Awful service at mugg and bean Rosebank on Sunday 5/9. My waitress couldn't be bothered to be helpful. I had to repeatedly call her and ask other waiters to get her as she would ignore us. Worse is they were dead quiet. I ordered the salmon bagel with chips. The bagel looked thrown together and was so stale. Then I got given burned oven chips with it. When I complained the waitress said those are the chips mugg and bean uses. So I called the manager who apologised and said she will get me proper mugg and bean chips as they'd run out. By this time I was just wanting to leave. She then didn't even bother discounting my bill. I didn't get what I wanted to eat. Terrible service and no helpful resolution for it either. Will not go back there. Another table was also complaining about the bad service and everything being out of stock.
