Poor food quality and poor customer service

I am very disappointed in the customer service and quality of food of Mugg and Bean, which is usually regarded highly.

On the 4th of February I put a complaint in with regards to an order at the Mugg and Bean in Pietretief. They said that they would compensate me for the poor quality of food and drink. It has been over 2 months now and they still have not kept their promise. It was a treat for us to get only to be let down, not once with the order but also with the customer service of helping us with compensation so we could enjoy Mugg and Bean as it should be.
